A Small Support for Children in Jamaica
Recently, the Boardway team prepared a batch of school supplies for children in Jamaica after learning that several schools were affected by a hurricane. In the aftermath of the storm, many communities were working hard to recover, and some students faced difficulties returning to school.
Although the distance between China and Jamaica is great, the desire to support education is something that connects people everywhere. To offer a small gesture of support, the Boardway team gathered basic learning supplies including pencils, erasers, sharpeners, markers, and whiteboard pens.
We hope these simple items can help children return to the classroom and continue their learning journey with confidence.

A Longstanding Commitment to Education
Behind this initiative lies a long-standing commitment to education from Boardway's General Manager, Ms. Li Haiying.
For many years, Ms. Li has been actively involved in student assistance programs through the Zhanjiang Shanxing Education Support Charity Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping students from disadvantaged families continue their education.
Through this organization, Ms. Li has supported multiple students over the years and has participated in various charity activities focused on educational assistance.

These experiences have strengthened her belief that education can transform lives and create opportunities for young people to pursue a better future.
The Story Behind the Commitment
Ms. Li's commitment to educational support is closely connected to her own life experience.
Growing up in a modest family, she witnessed firsthand how financial difficulties could limit educational opportunities for many students. These memories left a lasting impression and shaped her belief that even small forms of support can make a meaningful difference.
Her connection with the charity organization began in 2017, when she met the founder during a cross-border e-commerce association event. After learning about the vision and mission of the organization, she was deeply moved by the sincerity and dedication of the people involved.
As Ms. Li once shared during the 7th anniversary meeting of the charity association:

Inspired by this belief, she decided to participate personally and support the initiative over the long term.

Over time, this personal commitment has gradually become part of Boardway's company culture.
Many colleagues within the company have shown interest in participating in charitable initiatives, and the recent Jamaica school supply project was carried out together by members of the Boardway team.

The charity association has also recognized Ms. Li's contributions with the honorary title of “Model of Kindness”, acknowledging her long-term dedication to educational support.
